It has been a long time since I have made a kit. I was playing
around in PSP and decided to make one.
I decided on a Halloween one because I did not know when I would get it completed.
However, I made a small one with 40 Elements and 10 papers!
My Terms of Use and Credits are in a separate zip folder inside the Halloween one.
Please do not forget to unzip it and read them.
